Rav Siach is the Flagship program of Melitz's Ta-Sh'ma division. It is a cross-denominational, extended seminar, of Pluralism in action.  Rav Siach brings together highly motivated rabbinical students from different rabbinical training programs and challenges them to take part in this unique "multi-logue".

Rav Siach creates a safe space in which the congregational leaders of tomorrow can sit together today, to challenge and learn from each other in the hope of better understanding the diversity of the Jewish community and with the intention of building bridges.

Built around an engagement with Jewish texts, this is a platform for dialogue that focuses on building relationships and encouraging honest conversation.

In true Ta Sh'ma tradition, Rav Siach is facilitated by a faculty of Rabbi-Educators of diverse religious “flavors”, who in their presence and teachings personify the idea of chevruta (paired learning) while discussing issues that lie at the core of rabbinic communal leadership.

Rav Siach offers a genuine pluralistic Jewish learning experience which truly exemplifies the art of machloket l’shem shamayim, challenging participants to dare to be themselves even when it means being a minority facing your opposition.
